Terms of use

The terms on which this site is published. They govern use of the site, not any supply agreement between ICDATT and a buyer.

Last reviewed: August 2026

01Nothing here is an offer

This site describes capability. It is not an offer to supply, a quotation, or a representation that any particular item can be supplied to any particular buyer.

Commercial terms exist only in a written agreement signed by both parties.

02Equipment supply and compliance

Non-lethal security equipment and non-controlled communications equipment are supplied to private organizations and institutions subject to our own buyer and end-use checks.

Lethal equipment is supplied to approved government institutions only, conditional on written approval and end-user certification from the competent Nigerian authority. No enquiry through this site creates an entitlement to supply.

03Accuracy and pending credentials

Values marked TODO(verify) are deliberately unpublished until documented. We do not estimate registration numbers, licence details or certifications.

Content may change without notice. Where a claim matters to a procurement decision, request it from us in writing.

04Client portal access

Portal accounts are issued by ICDATT. There is no public registration. Credentials are personal, must not be shared, and access may be withdrawn at any time.

Documents issued through the portal are watermarked and traceable to the recipient.

05Intellectual property and liability

Site content, marks and documents remain the property of ICDATT and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written consent.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, ICDATT is not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content in the absence of a written agreement.

06Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
