02 — What we collect
From the enquiry form: your name, organisation, role or appointment, official email, telephone number, the service line you selected and the requirement you described.
Technical data: a salted one-way digest of your IP address, used only to rate-limit the enquiry form. We do not store your IP address in readable form and we do not use it to identify you.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
03 — Why we hold it
Lawful basis is the legitimate interest of responding to an institutional enquiry, and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a supplier, then deleted.
04 — Where it is held
Enquiry records are stored in a managed database with no public read access. Only ICDATT staff acting through server-side controls can read them.
Some processing occurs outside Nigeria on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider. Transfers rely on the provider's contractual data protection terms.
05 — Your rights under the NDPA
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where we have no continuing basis to hold it, and restriction of processing.
Requests go to info@icdatt.com. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
06 — Do not send classified material
This form is not a secure channel. Do not submit classified material, equipment specifications, quantities or operational detail through it. We open a controlled channel before any of that is discussed.
